Hot damn I was close! Whitecourt eh... Been there a few times. I have some family there. Crazy pig farmers on my stepdad's side, but family nonetheless.

I'm in Calgary.

I had a '98 with the linked brakes, and they were fine most of the time. But when in the dirt/gravel, especially going down slow slick hills, I never felt comfortable knowing the front brake was being applied when I just wanted to drag the back. BTW, I'm a long standing member of the VFR big list too, and traded an email or two when you first posted on there about your project. Very nice finished product.

Here's the new billet VORTEX CBR upper triple clamp, had it anodized black.

Miles nicer than the stock 954 piece:
