Take a listen to this 1/2 GP bike

Well...i removed the can on my girls bike to cut it down tonight at work, and well, I cant resist starting when its canless.......it sounds pretty sick.....hard to believe its a 400cc

Sweet sound. Reminds me of my VFR800 when I fired it up with the exhaust removed.

holy **** that thing sounds sick without the pipe. just like the gp bikes. I'd say leave it that way but thats just not practical and I bet the wife would be pissed if you left it that loud.

Well...the can is now 6" shorter...i will post pics and a movie tomorrow....should look and sound a whole lot better than before...but not near as sultry as the sans-pipe version.

We got the chro-mo subframe 90% complete the tail is fitted to it...but the upper is not gonna get mounted till i find some 1000rr clip ons...the RC51 clip ons are way too low and would not make for very good ergonomics....i will try to get some pics of the progress so far
