| best place to mount my Ram-ball mounts for my V1 Detector and GPS on a 95 VFR I have a couple of long and short arm Ram ball mounts for mounting my Valentine 1 detector and my Garmin Emap GPS.
Any suggestions on where to mount the mounting balls (eyelet style) on a 95 VFR?

Stacked about 5 or 6 washers under each ram mount to move the mounts away from the clip ons. |

and also used another washer between the ram mount and the bolt head.
Typo: "Entend" should read "Extend" |

| Re: best place to mount my Ram-ball mounts for my V1 Detector and GPS on a 95 VFR RAM makes an expanding insert with mounting ball that fits into the hollow steering stem on the VFR (at least on my VFR800). It worked great for mounting a GPS, bullet cam, or radar detector.
