I love the look of a single sided swingarm. Ive always wondered why manufacturers who invest the engineering dollars in creating single sided swingarms,...then hide it with a big muffler hanging on that side of the bike.

Ive often thought they could just as easily hang it on the other side of the bike or under it...........or up under the seat. maybe they hang it on the right to attempt to balance the bike left to right.

Anyone come up with a home built solution to move the exhaust away from the right side of the bike??

Brian in Austin.

There is such a pipe. Two Brothers made a left side exit header. The only issue there is with them now is, over time the steel used to make the header has slowly converted itself to Unobtanium. They are very difficult to locate and are no longer made. Be ready to pay big bucks for one when you see it pop up on ebay. Hate to burst your bubble, but there is still a ray of hope that you can find one.

Good Luck and Ride Safe.
