How does this happen?

Auto Trader Canada | Truck Trader Canada | Boat Trader Canada | RV Trader Canada

Seems like a great deal to me. Does anyone find this hard to believe? Zero Kms??
Don't much like the colour but I could live with it!

Re: How does this happen?

What you are probably looking at is the same way I got my 06 CBR. They still have these bikes left over in the warehouses and can't get rid of them. I got my bike for about $9500 in June this year. It was the last 06 1000rr that they had in the warehouse and the 08's were about to come out so when you come across something like that you can jump on it. You may also be able to get them to come down some more. Don't be afraid to contact the seller, I'd put money on the fact that it's a dealership since they are claiming the full warranty. Waiting and finding a model year or 2 old bike is a great way to save money on a brand new bike. You just have to know the questions to ask.

Re: How does this happen?

This is a smart buy as a dealer left over but consider it being an 05 VFR. Its before they changed the V-TEC timing. I have an 02 and we would have almost the same bike. In 06 is when the V-TEC moved to 6400 RPM and is much smoother when it turns on. The 02-05 models rock really really hard when you hit 7000 rpm especially in a turn.( takes about a month to get used to)

You could also check all the surrounding other Honda dealers for left over 04 models... they over produced that year and still have some here and there. In the midwest they had a couple for $6700 or less after the fees and its almost the exact same bike as an 05.

.. just something to consider since your buying it new But i love my old fat viffer.

My dad bought a 1983 bike brand new in 1995. It happens. Stingy ass dealers.
