Viva V4's !

Thanks, Conq - This site may become the virtual Honda center
of the universe, even with YamaChain

Our very own viffer clubhouse..

Topics, topics, Where to start?

1. Can non-engineers really enjoy this bike?
2. Do engineers actually ride?
3. Rotella vs Mobil 1...in the scottoiler ?
4. Glock in the Givi vs Mace in the Motoport?
5. Why Vtecs suck?
6. Does the addition of a voltmeter actually CAUSE R/R failure?
7. How the hell am I supposed to concentrate on the road with this GPS/Radar/Lidar/Pyrometer/Cronometer/satellite phone/CD player in my face? ( Baketech seems to do ok with it...)

Now we can invite all our anal retentive friends to the .org !

Actually the VFR community is way more quirky than this group. In fact this bunch seems a bit geeky and normal by comparison.....

Re: Viva V4's !

This form could be scary.
But the 929 is going to be a track bike. I'd like to get another viffer for the road. had one in 98, thought the gear whine was cool, then it slowly drove me crazier. Sold it and bought the 929.
I hear they don't have the gear drive anymore, is this correct? I hope.

Unfortunately this is very true. I love the cam gear whine on my '94 VFR. I find it hard to believe that you don't like it. It adds character. :eek2:

Me too...I love the sound of the gears. No VTEC for me either.
