87 honda magna need help

87 honda magna need help

i just installed carbs on my 87 magna there is a H shaped set of hoses which i assume are vaccume lines that run inbetween the 4 carbs with a hose that runs out the top and appears to just dump, i cant find where that top hose is supposed to attach but i am guessing that is the reason that i cant get the bike to idle. does anyone know where that might attach to

i dont think so it is a short hose that is formed and dumps out near the back of the air box but there does not seem to be anywhere for it to plug in to
