help with honda 1984 interceptor

help with honda 1984 interceptor

my bike runs like a top until it gets hot then bogs out then dies
have done rad flush,new plugs,oil change,cleaned carbs,air filter,cleaned fuel lines,new thermostat

have you pressure cleaned the fins to ensure no thru blockage?

The Interceptors could run hot... at least my 1000 did when not up to speed.
This might also be a temperature-sensitive electrical problem, and they're a b!tch to troubleshoot unless you have replacement parts in hand ($$).

Does it feel ignition related, or fuel related?

"Bogs out" sounds fuel related. Make sure you get full flow when the petcock is "on".
Another easy thing to check is the choke.
