Great vid for lovers of VFR sound+scenery

The Viffer fans ought to check out this vid. Camera is mounted on a VFR and you hear the V-4 growl pretty well

Can be found here Viffer vid go to the videos section, select Norway and then Aurland-Lærdal 2003.

Beautiful country, scary road.

The sound was out of phase, I had to turn it off, too annoying to watch.

I agree, he's a bit timid on the VFR! Nothing like working the bike and bangin' the rev limiter from time to time, if ya ask me ...

Re: Great vid for lovers of VFR sound+scenery

One of the classic problems with posting your vid's on the 'net, everyone's a critic!

It's a really good looking site, well designed, with some killer vids. Judging from some of the comments on the main page, everybody seems to think these guys are crappy riders. But how can you cross the center line when there isn't one?! I'd like to think I'm a better rider than those guys, but I've never ridden those roads. And we all know that what the camera shows us isn't neccessarily what the rider sees, i.e. sight lines through corners.

I'll agree about winding out the VFR! It's got plenty more punch than he was using, but for a casual ride through the twisties, it sounded pretty good.
