If you mean the ignition timing, it shouldn't be adjustable.
If you really need to for some reason you would have to slot the holes in the pulse generator pickups. Or if you're only playing with it for diagnostics you can pull the rotor off and remove the woodruf key. Then install the rotor where you want it to trigger the pickups. I wouldn't ride it with any hard acceleration or deceleration without the key in it though. If it spins on the crank you will probably be chasing a new crank.
Actually, I just had a look at the fiche and the VF500 starter clutch rotor is splined onto the crank rather than on a taper so you can't adjust the rotor.
