Sure you did buddy. Does the buyer get the original subframe and bodywork? |

yeah, that's what i was thinking...but hey, it is the first striped 1000rr i've seen...
that chopped tail section is weak, at least turn it up and box it out like the germans are doing (which im not a big fan of, but at least it's something) |

Honda looks likely to launch a new Hornet with a detuned CBR1000RR engine of 110bhp.
| then again on this page http://news.motorcycle.com/article.m...rder=0&thold=1 Quote: |
Honda CB1000 Hornet - with the engine (all 172hp of it), suspension, radial brakes and under seat exhaust lifted directly from the CBR1000RR

| Re: Naked 1000rr - Fighter conversion hey matt, this may be the year for a new hornet, but it may not be...Dirck Edge has been saying the same thing for the last 2-3 years, so has motorcycle news
raptor got their info from motorradonline that was talking about a theoretical lineup...check the homepage of www.project919.com for more details...
a couple years ago the buzz was a new hornet w/ the lump from the rc-51, which do you think is more likely? honda dumpin their twin overstock or their latest and greatest engine?
and hey, if you believe the recent article in cycleworld, the honda lawyers will never let it happen...which i think is a bunch of b.s. |

| Re: Naked 1000rr - Fighter conversion I kind of like it I can't really see the exhaust being a quiet one but hey who knows...maybe change the head lights out to something different and you would have a decent looking bike. I kinda like the tail but...maybe a bit more shape and a little bit longer and then we are talking
At least the guy is not making huge claims of outrunning zx-10's on his "heavily modded bike" |
