My 2nd bike is a 919

I purchased a someones trade in about a month ago it is a very nice and heavily modded 06 919 and it had 600 miles on it when I got it. I decided I wanted to keep tack of everything I did to it as I went and also track gas mileage as well. This probably seems a little anal to most people and I will get heckled for it, but for those of you who keep track of your bikes service and such may appreciate this very simple tool. I just save my fuel receipts and on the weekend I take 3 minutes and plug in the data. The cells in yellow have formulas so it does the calculations for you.

This is no big deal but whom ever keeps a note book and tracks receipt's as well as repair receipts you can do this on your laptop also.

I love my bike and as you can see since I purchased it in early August I have put on 3,160 miles. I did not start tracking until I hit 1224 miles.

I picked up an '06 919 last year with the same amount of miles. But it only came with an OEM flyscreen and I did a bunch of mods to it. Nothing wrong with your note taking. Helps you keep track of everything and when it comes time to sell it, the prospective buyers will know it was well cared for. Congrats on the new ride!

How do you like the flyscreen?

I removed it. The screen just diverted the air up to my helmet. Without the screen the air is 'clean', not turbulent. And I didn't do a bobble head impersonation at 70MPH.
