Best windshield for a 919?

I've been thinking about getting a windshield, but I've heard that some brands just make the wind more turbulent. Does anybody use one that actually works good? Pictures would be nice too. I've been looking at the Honda and national cycle models.

givi makes several popular models

the honda oem doesn't seem to provide enough of a 'bubble' for folks over 5-9 or so...

national cycle f-15/16? gets good reviews if you like the look

many have tried the buell screens but they are more for looks and provide the least protection...but there is some

I am using the oem screen , I find it ok , got to hunker down on the tank when you start to go real quick and it is not to bad (5' 7" ) + it is cheap so you can just try it and get something better later if you want ....

The best screen on the 919 is...no screen. Seriously. Those little flyscreens just create dirty air that bounces your helmet around. And the big screens look hideous on a naked bike. Just ride naked!

I got mine with a f-15 (I believe, it just says fseries on it

). Wind hits my shoulders but if you duck your pretty protected. I don't get any of the helmet buffet I was afraid I might get. I'm 6'3" for a reference.

Well, I think I'm going to get a national cycle F-16 sport shield. I'll let you know how it works for me. Thanks for all the information!

I have a national cycle f-18 ( I think, the double bubble one) shield on my 9er. It's ok, blocks some wind with no noticeable negative buffeting effects. Friends say it makes my bike look like the batmobile. The monting brackets supplied aren't designed specifically for the 919 so they don't look great, not bad but could be better. Overall I'd recommend it if you like how it looks.

I had the F16 on my 919 and it threw all the wind into my shoulders at around 70 mph and above. Really tiring. Either go really tall to throw it at your helmet or none at all. I ride with none at all now. Seems like the speedo/tach split the air or something because it stays the same but with more pressure on up into 3 digits...
