Air/Fuel Mixture or idle screw

Can someone please help im having trouble figuring out whats going on i took my tank off and changed my sparkplug and i decided to mess with the what i thought was the idle screw because when it gets running i have to constantly be on the throttle to keep it running so anyways what my issue is ,is that it will not start now i started off by running the screw in all the way and then backed it off about two turns and i tried starting it and nothing after about 5 kicks i decided to turn it back out somemore and still nothing but it kinda kicked a little bit like it wanted to but didnt fire up and ive beeen running the screww out farther and farther.

My issue would be which screw is this (im assuming it the A/R mixture screw) but not sure and also i was wondering if anybody knows where its suppoesed to be turned at and how many turns in or out its supposed to be

thank you for your help ive had this damn thing for a week and its been a diaster nothing but issues

Your description sounds like it needs the carb stripped and cleaned.
I posted the fiche for you showing which is the idle adjuster.

I don't have a manual but I'm sure you can find out the mixture screw setting via Google, or call a dealer and ask them.
