What pipes you all runnin'?

I just checked out Conq's thread on finding new trails and noticed he's still running the stock pipe for now. Nice pics BTW! Seeing that stock pipe made me remember mine when I had it on. I've had the White Bros e-series pipe on now for quite some time and love the sound. After the pipe I had my XR re-jetted and what a difference!!

I think Devil Dog's just referring to dirt bikes

I could be wrong. Arrow may in fact make a Ti exhaust for the XRs.

I was gonna say: "OMG, whatever you do, don't ask Chain!" But then I realized you were talking about dirt bikes .

Re: What pipes you all runnin'?

Stock expansion chamber, FMF Turbine Core II SA. Stock is the most likely to live through a tree hit, and on my bike the aftermarket stuff doesn't make more power anyway. It's also quieter and we have noise restrictions out here...

Re: What pipes you all runnin'?

Im running a (loud) Big Gun system on my '99 WR400 (rejetted, throttle restrictor removed, Airbox lid removed, heavier flywheel and K&N air filter)

Here in California there are new noise regulations and I may get a citation in which case i will opt for an FMF Q series pipe!
