Re: New Project

Well, time to start on this thing, just got back from Idaho last night, and I have a week to get this thing ready to ride. Just waiting on the fluids and gear to arrive, but thats no big deal. This is what I got for "Christmas" :dunno:

Boots
Chest Protector
plastics
pipe
muffler
graphics
chain and sprockets

Re: New Project

I recently learned a good 2stroke cold starting tip. So far its worked great for me.

Before mounting the beast. Place in first gear. Rock bike forward and backward just enough to feel the compression. This primes the cylinder and should help the bike fire right up

Beyond fear is freedom.

Trick worked like a charm, got the bike going second kick and may have been first if I would have kicked it right the first time.

Mikeo, seems like the project is nearly done as fast as it was started. You're working to fast bro...

when parts are readily available, things happen fast. I just wish I could find parts for my 900s that easy.

Wow!!! My heart rate was maxed out watching that!! That was AWESOME!!! It was cool to see us smoke everyone, until I had a blow out with that pesky ski. That looks like huge fun, and I DO have skis BTW. Set it up!

Re: New Project

That bike/ski racing is insane.

I would drive, but never be the skier.

Maybe because I have never snow skied.

Plenty of water-skiing, but I still wouldn't do it.

Those guys are crazy. I thought the motorcycle was going to run over the skier!!
