Problems Bogging and running hot

I have a 2007 crf250, for some reason it has just started bogging and running hot as soon as I go over idol speed. Any idea what could be wrong. Running very lean I just changed the spark plug the other day. please help with suggestions thanks.

or a cooant leak around the cylinder. you could have a small leak in the head gasket, and once you start to throw throttle to it it is pressurizing the coolant and causing it to run hot. if you have any coolant leakin into the cyl, it can run lean.

i am fighting a lean problem on my project 330r
