For all the fuss being made over the Repsol...

Who here wouldn't jump all over a CE-replica in the American Patriotic theme?

A friend recently sent me a link to a local dealer selling a Bostrom 998s. Wickedly tempting... (And my wife openly admits she doesn't have to worry about me cheating on her. She figures I'll just come home with a stupidly expensive bike or car instead. )

Admittedly, I'm not much of a replica guy, but I don't remember a 954 ever being raced w/ the CE's Stars and Stripes paint?

It never was, hence "WITH A DIFFERENT BIKE" in my previous post.
There has also never been any other 954 like that one.

I'd buy a CEII RC51 rep in a heartbeat...I've always wondered why Honda did come out with that rep instead of the Nicky Hayden rep....Edward's rep is much better looking to me....

The reason is that the Edward's rep would have cost them a lot more to produce, and the Nicky "rep" ain't nothin' but less frame paint and a few more decals.
