Sato and Vortex Rear Sets differences

The Vortex site states the rear sets raise your foot 1" and back 1/4". I can't find the specs for Sato to tell the rider what the position for the adjustments would be. Has anyone been fortunate enough to try both rear sets? $278 for Vortex versus $475 for the Sato.

Satos retain the stock position if you want, all the other adj are up and back.

Though I can't give you a comparison, I had Vortex on my RC and liked them. I'd also recommend Woodcraft. They're well-made and you can replace individual components if need be. Lower bling factor than the Satos though (not saying Satos aren't just as functional).

Re: Sato and Vortex Rear Sets differences

My Satos have been through many crashes and held up well. My teammates vortex...one crash and they were toast...unable to repair.

Don't assume the Sato Most forward and down holes are = to the stock peg positions....they are not. but full back & up is about 1" up & 1" back over stock.

maybe on the rc. but on the 9xx they look like it but if you measure/compare they are not...actually more forward & lower than stock.
