Squidskins?

Anyone know anything about squidskins? This winter I plan on gathering a complete set of bodywork for the RC (likely go with Cheetah for $$ reasons) and was eyeing the squidskins CF tank I could have a CF fender, tank and rear undertail with blue bodywork

Any gotchas on having them ship to US, fit (especially on the CF products), quality, durability? I only found one comment on searching and it wasn't that positive...

The CF tank advertised on Squidskins site is NOT carbon fiber. The price was way too low(3-400 compared to 900) to be CF and I believe it's actually fiberglass.

Why a CF tank on a track bike? I don't think most affordable ones have a bladder so you'd puke fuel all over the track if you had a violent getoff resulting in a potential blaze.

The steel tank does not either. So weight, weight and bling factor Also I saw a product that was foam that you put in the tank, it reduces sloshing when low on fuel and reduces leakage on tank rupture. It might be in the RC in the future. Right now this is all plotting

Cool how about the ship to US? And what is TO? That price seemed great for CF.

The most dangerous thing in your bike is right in front of your nuts. Do you really want to surround the fuel with the cheapest CF tank you could find?

Heard some good things about the fuelcels but you get what you pay for.
