| Exhaust Hangers Ordered a set of Arata Titanium slip-ons today. The bike will NEVER be used to carry a passenger, so I'd like to get rid of the footpegs. The only hangers I've seen so far are either Sato or Harris. I'm putting on the Dussault undertail and I've heard that early editions rubbed the hangers.
Any advice, opinions? |

| Re: Exhaust Hangers Go to Home Depot and get some aluminum or steel stock and make your own. They'll be just the way you want them and you'll have the satisfaction of doing it. |

| Re: Exhaust Hangers Not kick-ass, but decent enough and I have a friend and neighbor that has a good welding rig and does good work. I'm sure you can find a local welder that if you come to him with the pieces and a drawring he'd (or she'd ) zap it up for you very cheap.
Just tossing out an idea that can make your bike even more yours, and add just that tiny bit of extra satisfaction. Otherwise, there are plenty of options to choose from. But be ready to spend more money than they're worth. |

| Re: Exhaust Hangers Thanks for the advice BDA. We've actually got a guy that works in stainless steel. He's made a few very nice pieces for our VTX's. I'll have to check into it. |

| Re: Exhaust Hangers Cancel the Arata order and buy Satos instead. That way you can tell everyone how much you spent @ Dan Kyle's shop. |
