Tire Pressures

just mounted some pilot powers on sat and had them balanced. should i use the recomended tire press. on the swing arm for the dunflops of 36/42 or is there another tried & true press. that is better? this is for street use.

On a related note. How fast do tires cool? If you did a session and came in, got off the bike and grabbed an IR temp reader to check tire temp how much cooling would have likely occurred (I would think not a ton)
