| Laying some Pipe! I've narrowed it down to these two. Which one should I pull the trigger on? I like the idea of the Sato but the Arata is just nicer looking. Let's face it, pipes are for sound and looks anyway, real performance comes from better suspension |

| Re: Laying some Pipe! They are both nice, I have Sato's (my second set) and they work awesome. From what I've read/heard/seen, Arata is just as good. Just pick whichever you think looks or sounds better....have you done your suspension? |

| Re: Laying some Pipe! Not sure about what to run on the RC but I have a sato full system on my 1000RR an LOVE it to death. Great fit/finish/build qaulity and the welds are some of the prettiest that I have ever seen. |

| Re: Laying some Pipe! I couldn't decide either and went with the Arata's on recommendation from my local speed shop. They could have gotten either, at close to the same price.
I'm very happy with them.

| Re: Laying some Pipe! I think the Sato Banzais are the best-looking. For sound go with carbon fiber; adds a nice resonance for a deeper sound. God I want an RC. |

| Re: Laying some Pipe! On the other hand, the Akro system is every bit as nice as the Sato (if not even better crafted) and won't break your eardrums in the process. |

| ... Im gonna come out of left field and through a vote in for the Tsukigi 2-1 full Ti system... since youve aknowledged it's not for a perfomance gain... Its several pounds lighter...looks sweet...and with the Pc3 and a jardine 2-1 map installed you get a damn flat power curve with killer top end...check out this post... www.speedzilla.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12215 |

| Re: Laying some Pipe! performance wise on a stock motor, the satos provide the best power. The midrange gain over stock is incredible, it really is a very noticeable difference.
Any aftermarket pipes on a '51 are going to be loud, twins are just loud period.
Arata doesn't provide the gains that the Satos do. |
