Happy Holidays!

Hi all. Just wanted to drop by to wish you all the very best this holiday season!

I just picked up my early Christmas present - a 2002 RC51, complete with Sato Banzais (oh my gosh they sound incredible), PC w/Dan Kyle map, etc. Should be a really fun track tool for me, and a nice stablemate for the Sprint.

A couple of photos:

I took a ride to gas it up today in the 19 degree weather . Freezing or no, I love the sound of that mighty twin. I know that the .org is a great place for info on the RC, and I appreciate it!

Merry Christmas everybody!

Re: Happy Holidays!

Sorry to be annoying, but could you please take a pic of the rear of that beast. I wanted to get an undertail for my RC this Christmas, but yours kind of looks good without the plate holder. I would to see the rear head on, because it will probably look better full on than at the angle that I am viewing it at. Thanks,

Hey, Whip -

Good to see you're thinking about track excursions again.

Now, just don't put so much bling into that '51 that the asphalt gods decide it's too good for humans to use (like that Ducati.)

Hmmm... Man, that would be nice. Although I just got back from two 10 hour drives in two days picking the bike up, so give me some time to actually think long drives aren't so bad again!

Thanks! Amazing how tiny the RC seems compared to the Sprint. Tiny in a stocky sort of way, but tiny!

Not me! Learned my lesson. That's why it's an '02 and not an '05. ...pretty clean '02 though. Now for some nice Sato rearsets, clip-ons, Ohlins suspension and steering damper... NO! MUST CONTROL BLING IMPULSE!!!
