2001 rc51 track bike-whats it worth? please read!!

alright-i bought a pair of track bikes a while back, sold one, now Im considering selling the other-heres the specs.

2001 rc51, NO TITLE-not stolen, clean vin/engine serial number, basically it was owned by the last owners sponsor, he lost the title and never transferred ownership, so he couldnt easily get a duplicate. I havent tried, doesnt seem worthwhile. I did however have the local pd run the vin, and sure enough, its clean. I can also supply a bill of sale, and contact information for the last owner. Here are the good/bad points:

vortex 520 conversion, 42 t rear, one down in the front.
vortex clipons (and stock ones) with plenty of extra bars
recent cheetah bodywork, unpainted, no damage
tank is dented on one side
everything is straight on the bike-nothing bent/tweaked/rashed/cracked-its never been down to my knowledge-nothing to indicate
stock rearsets
stock exhaust (stole rearsets and exhaust along with pc3 for my bike)
stock suspension (also stole for my bike-lol-but its got 2k miles on all 2004 parts)
3k miles on the bike-yes, it was tracked its entire life
2004 heads with mild porting (guess d-shaped is better?)
MINT gauges, lockset w/factory key included

here are the extras i may, or may not sell with it:
extra bars
extra rearsets
pitbull stands
extra wheels with raintires-NEW
lap timer
full extra stock exhaust-MINT
few extra brake/clutch levers
extra cams/valve covers/valves/springs (TONS of each)

The bike is race ready (needs assembly, i can do it-all that I DONT have is an upper stay) and is safety wired, etc. Has won several regional and state championships.

Basically, Im asking you guys whats it worth? Im not too big on track bikes, so I really dont know-its not a ragged out piece of crap, was owned by a professional, and very well maintained. It really is in very nice shape considering.
