New guy rev mod question

I have a question concerning the soft rev limiter mod that I've been reading so much about. It seems that all of you have done the mod as well as various others on the rogue site. I've done the flapper mod, pair valve mod and found the instructions on the site to be top notch. Those all make sense to me due to the fact that they are all mechanical. I'm a little nervous about the rev mod. How hard is it compared to the others? I'd like to do it now while I'm healing from a broken leg and have the bike torn down to paint. My skill level with these things seems to be a little better than moderate. Do i attempt it? or will I kill my baby? Thanks for the help. I'm hooked on the site and check it about 4 times a day, trying to learn as much as I can. It's great

It took me about 10 minutes and I didn't use any premade connector. It's a matter of moving one wire to piggyback onto another . . .
