RC Tear Down and part needed

Here are some of the pics from the tear down. It's killing me the deeper I get into the teardown. Today I got the rear subframe, and complete front end removed. Broke my heart to see how it sits now

Pics from tear down updated as I go along

One thing I noticed once I removed all of the plastics, the front cylinder head cover has a hole in it

Does anyone know anyone who might have an extra one lying around that they might want to part with? Not looking for a handout or anything.. just kills me to have to fork over almot 200 extra dollars that I wasn't accounting for.

This is the part I need.

Re: RC Tear Down and part needed

I am extremely sad to say, but after much time and consideration, the RC is going to be parted out. With the wedding coming up I just don't have the kind of $$ it would take to fix her. My riding days are not over, I plan to be back in the game once things have settled down some. For now I have put together a parts list of things that will be for sale soon. I am going to finish the tear down, then clean everything for sale.

I have to clean what I curently have off, but here is what I have so far...

Puig Dark Smoke screen
Complete left sato clipon
Right sato bar
Rear subframe
Left headlight (appears to be some scuffs, but until I get it cleaned I really can't tell)
Rear undertail w/lock
Stock breaklight
Both side passenger pegs
Solo cover (slightly scratched from a previous blowoff)
Seat
Ahlmans re-calibrator
Gauges (done by blue gauges w/red rpm red line, the plastic housing is cracked but the gauges work fine) also wired into the harness is a Acumen gear indicator (also blue)
Complete airbox w/ filters
QBcarbon Real Carbon fiber hugger
Stock computer and electronics out of the tail
Air intake duct and screen (only the smaller section were the map sensor is)
Kyle flapper valve cover (Black)

To Come when I have more time..

The throtle bodies
Swingarm
Rear wheel
Rear tire (Michellin Pilot power, about 1500 miles on it)
DID 520 chain, AFAM sprockets (don't remember the exact teeth, but it was 1 down in front, 2 in the rear)(this was put on the same time as the new tires)
Left & Right side rear sets w/ controls
**Eventually** the engine
The entire wiring harness minus the extension for the gauges
Rear shock (7,200 miles on the bike)
Calipers (Fr & Rear, including the Galfer SS lines)
Right side Rad (the left one may be ok, won't know for sure till I get the dirt off of it)

Possible track stuff:

The tail plastics can be used for the track just have some rash and a small crack right above where the brake light is
Pipes are rashed and have a ding or two, but doesn't appear to have any broken seams

Re: RC Tear Down and part needed

I am in the market for a back wheel/tire. Let me know when you get to that point. I might take it off your hands . I have a dent in my rim and a slice in my tire. So tire on the rim would work for me. Sprocket and all that doesn't matter. It would be up to you if you want to take it all off.
