I redid the purple and neon on my bike with rattle can black....

all things considered it still looks pretty good 2 years later.

If you take your time with any paint job it should come out decent.

well today was a good day, my Ohlins rear showed up along with the right HRC race harness and Im done with all the color so tommorow night I will shoot the clear. I took some progress pics also. Im also removing all the polish finish off the frame and am doing a machined finish, so when Im done it will seem like I have a completly different bike. Now on this paint job I did not include the dark silver with the "belowme 51" graphics, I striped it out and it looked better in the drawing then in real life. I need to find someone to make the tank wing like the drawing for me in vinyl, or I could air brush it but Id rather have the vinyl. I should have the pics up this weekend sience my track day was cancelled due to horrible weather.

Tapeworks can make that tank wing for you, but that may cost more than it should.

Tape Works can only make the sp-1 style wing and the one I want is the sp-2 style, I just like it more due to its more modern design. Do you have picture of just the wing cuz then I could have someone locally make it for me. Id realy like to airbrush it but if I dont like it at least with the vinyl I could remove it. Im actually thinking about stripeing, what do you think about a nice bright green stripe on there?

Im spent about 45 minutes last night trying to upload the pics of the progress of the paint job but could get the pics to be re-sized enough to where I could upload it and by time I could the pic was to small to really see any detail. Any ideas? I have photshop 7. Thanks

you can do it in MSPaint. Open the image in Paint, then go to the "Image" menu and select "Stretch/Skew". Now change the horizontal and vertical percentages to what is desired. (make sure they're the same number though, whatever you choose)

Ok guys here we go again, I had a crash and need to repaint the bike again Im going to use the same design unless you guys want to come up with something new. I will be using black silver red and white(depending). I want to keep the tailsection all black except for maybee a number plate. Lets see what you can come up with this time!!!!! Thanks I cant wait to see some creativity.

I think he was inspired by other paint work e.g. other Hondas and maybe race schemes.

i see.. thank you. I just want to come up with some ideas for some blank fairings i have. That just looked like a cool program or something he used on his computer to come up with those ideas.
