That's definitely an SP2 head.
But, if the engine is in that frame, why not just have them take a pic of the VIN sticker on the right side, that clearly has the year printed on it, or send you the VIN?
00-01=SP1
02-06=SP2
The other ways you can tell externally are the intake ports are smaller on the SP1, due to smaller throttle bodies: 54mm SP1 VS 62mm SP2
Despite that, if you look at your own picture, to the left of the exhaust port, you'll see a casting number:
