That's just Krylon clear from a can. One thing I've learned is if you're going to use paint from aerosol cans, use the SAME brand for the clear, if possible.
Different paints use different volitile chemicals for the evaporation/drying stage. If you accidently spray a clear coat paint with a stronger base chemical over a paint with a lesser chemical, the color paint (paint being cleared) will
wrinkle.
It almost the same as spraying Laquer over recently painted enamel.
Also be careful not to clear coat aerosol paint too heavily, or the same thing can happen. Light, multiple coats is the trick.
I might have a closer pic. After it dries for 2-3 months, I hand rubbed and polished it.
