I thought they were larger diameter than the RC, or am I thinking of the 929?

929 was 330 mm.......

Nope, 929 and 954 BOTH use 330mm discs and both will also fit RVT (RC51) wheel.

CBR1000RR4-5 used 310 discs and RR5-8 use 320 which I'm 99% sure will also fit.

But calipers on stock forks will be in wrong position for any discs that are not 320mm.
