ARC Fabrication

I am gonna be getting my RC this weekend and I have been searching around for exhaust and I came across a website arcfabrication.com and they have an undertail exhaust system for the RC51.I wanted to know if anyone had dealt with this company or knows of anyone who has so that I know what I'm getting into before I buy it.Before anyone asks I want this exhaust because It is different from everything I have seen and I think It looks great.Any help would be great.

Re: ARC Fabrication

Well, let me start by saying it looks really nice. BUT, for one you have to take them your bike to have it put on, which means when you leave there and something breaks or doesnt fit right your S.O.L.!!! For something like that its not that expensive 1850$ installed. And yet another BUT! How is the performance on this thing??? Dyno charts??? You seem to have to hack your rear tail section up quite a bit! If all your looking for is strictly looks and you got two thousand spare dollars plus shipping your bike to someone you dont know...then I say go for it! If you want performance, good customer service, reliable product, and a bit less expensive, Id say go with the sato bonzai. Although people do have this set up it is still pretty rare. I mean come on, how many people do you know that have an RC? ive seen like two besides mine where I live! All depends on what YOU want. Personally Id go with the Sato! This set up seems like a bid and on going headache!!
Just my !!!

Re: ARC Fabrication

It is a great looking system, but I would definitely want to know more about the performance gains if I were going to go to that kind of trouble.

Of course if ou are less concerned with the performance aspect than the asthetic ( and many are), and you have the money and time etc...go for it. I would want to at least talk to the guy and get a feel for the kind of follow up service you're going to get, but if he seems kosher, I say do it.
