Helmet Lock RC51 2001

Anyone Know Why This Bike Didn't Come WIth An Helmet Strap Or Lock?? I Just Got My Bike, And New To The RC51 World. I Know I Should Take My Lid With Me, But There Are Time I Need To Leave With The Bike. Any Ideas For This Rookie?

Re: Helmet Lock RC51 2001

I remember doing a few things with my RC, I did use my disc lock to do it before....it works...

Is there nothing under the rear seat (actual seat) or plastic cover? I thought there was...I might be thinking of another bike I owned.

Accessories Helmet Holders

You can get a retractable cable lock like the ones on this page and tie the helmet to the bike.

haha! I am back from the dead my friend. You will probably see me more and more poking around the site. I had many changes in life (all good, not that it was bad before - career, family, yada yada). Good to be back.

Re: Helmet Lock RC51 2001

you can get one of those small curly cables from cycle gear and a small padlock and just cable lock it to ur bike. that seems safest.

is that what the steel looped wire with black plastic tube around it is for??

where/what does it hook to? and if that IS the part, it looks cheap and ineffective!
