Sp1 or Sp2

I just purchased a 01 with 10000 mi and no title. Also I purchased a 02 frame and engine with most wiring miles unknown . Ive already pulled the 02 motor .Ive got to do a frame swap ,Is the 02 motor much better than the 01. The only difference I can find is the injector size. What to do.

The '02 had the larger injectors and a different setup as well. You could just take the whole injection system and put it on the '01. The '02 also has a different swingarm and you have more exhaust options; so '00 and '01 owners sometimes use that as well.
