has anyone put one in, what kind, and are they worth the cost and effort

i have one on my gsxr and they are great its an stm, i had the local speedshop put it in so i have never instaled one.
are they worth it? i think so, i'm curently shopping for one to put on the rc51 i'll probably go with STM since i havent had any problems.

ever smash down a gear and probably should be slower. this helps.

also can stop the bike from power skidding into a corner when down shifting under a load. The clutch will not engage if the RPM's are to high. Most of the new bikes come with them from the factory.
