Keep the stock air cleaners for the map?

I have K&N filters in my 2005 RC and am going to install sato high mounts pretty soon. The map for them notes that stock air filters are used. Should I swap out the K&N's and put my stock air cleaners back in for the Dan Kyle sato high map? On rogue they say that the K&N's give you less power anyway. Both the K&N's and the stock filters have low miles so it makes no difference to me. What do you guys think?

What it actually says on the Rogue site is that the stock fiilters already flow more air than the engine can consume. The K&N's will possibly create less resistance, but the engine is getting all it needs so it's unlikely that the filters will affect the map. I have seen several maps that are for "stock or aftermarket filters", implying just that.
