Watsen Design LED flush mounts, anyone?

Kinda new to this site....been off the computer for a while due to my computer hard drive crash, move to Northern CA, bike crash. Long story. Finally have access to internet again.

Just wondering if anyone here has seen or purchased these. Saw them on ebay, and I'm very intrigued. The pics look nice, but so did the pic of the burrito I ordered in the restaurant....

Thanks in advance.

BTW, I'm open to suggestions on alternate lights for my '03 RC51, both front and rear signals. These are pricey, but again, they look slick.

Re: Watsen Design LED flush mounts, anyone?

I have these on my 954. I really love them, bright and I think they look great. Also the company is great to deal with. I bought straight from them. My buddy had an 07 R1 and wanted these lights for his but they hadn't developed them yet. So we called and they got right to work and within a couple weeks he had them. They are really easy to install too. That's definately a plus. Check out my picks of mine installed.

Have them (front & rear) on my 1000RR. A little pricey but they look great and the quality is top notch.

Like spdjunkey, I also bought them directly from Watsen. Seems like a good company. I believe if any of the LEDs burn out they will replace them for free.

Those watsen design lights are awesome, i have to get some for my SP1. They will be perfect for anyone with an aftermarket undertail, i have been told that my Dassault undertail indicators are not very visible during the day because of where they are positioned. These will fix that problem.

I went with protons, love them. Ony my 06 1k I have had tons of compliment. These are around $100 depending on where you get them. Took me a while to decide, thats part of the fun- right.

thanks, drooger....one thing that's appealing with the watsens is that they state that they use the stock mounts. does proton use the stock mounts, too, or is there drilling involved? rather not cut up my bike, even if it's not visible.

thanks also to all who have responded thus far!

Hi,

Could you please tell me where you bought these from... was it both front and back?

I have a 954RR, but bought some LED ones (havent got the resistor to help slow down the flashing) and was wondering if the company who sell them would mail order to the UK?

Thanks for you help

They should ship anywhere. I just have them on the front. Also on the 954 there is no drilling. I didn't even have to take the fairings off to install. Besides being easy to install these look great. And no one else around has these on their bike. I like being different.

watsen vs. protons....watsen uses stock mounting brackets, from what i've read. is there drilling involved with protons?

Protons are advertised by the manufacturer as no cutting required.

No cutting with protons, if you want to see what they look like on my bike, do a search, I posted pick a few weeks ago.
