OK, First I Want To Say Thanks For All The commets And help In Here. It Make Life So Much Easier. I Really Want To Run The Yoshimura Pipes on my bike but am told i have to install the race header pipe from yoshimura, but also told not to change the header keeep it stock. So I Am at a stop here. any help on this would be awsome. If I keep the stock header i will run the D & D system.

So what is ur question? You can run it either way. U can keep the stock headers and run yosh slips, or you can run the whole system. Youlll probably pick up more horses with the yosh than with the D&D i believe. But then ive never been a D&D fan either. Unless ur goin into the motor, you might as well save some bread and go with the slip-ons. Extra money saved can go to a PC.

What Im Trying To Figure out is better to keep the stock header or replace it? I Cant Find slip ons for the 2001 unless i chage the header.

Slipons were my pref on my street bike. I have heard time and time again that the stock headers were excellent until you start going into the motor. Now as far as Jardine goes, there is a full system for the bike that is listed in one of the links below that is a bit cheaper than the rest of the slipons because you are just gonna be dealing with a system that has only one pipe. Although i did hear a lot of talk about that system have lost bigtime midrange for the bike. I dont know if that was truthful from the dyno standpoint or not. Also check out the M4 stainless slipons for just 499. I have had a few friends that did a swap with the 02 and up swingarms on their 00 RCs and then the possibilities grew as far as slipons were concerned. Hope that this can help you a bit more man.
