broken???

for those of you that remember, or not, I have a 2000 RC that was stolen and returned. (destroyed) I have since gotten a 2006 cbr1000rr.

when I first got the rc back I had it running, but now it just fouls the plugs and wont kick over.
starter works, fuel pump works, battery is new but must be jumped to keep it going for more than 3 attempts at a start.
I've been told to pull crank it. ? ??? ?
I read to heat the plugs and put them back in, dont know bout you's guys but that is like a 10 to 15 minute job for me. I cant move too quick...

HELLLLLLP MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
