| Sp1 fork oil ??'s what weight do you recommend to use? im putting new fork seals in next weekend and getting mixed opinions on what to use. im 210, ride fairly aggresive, with most miles being cayon rides or at deals gap, some track days thanks in advance  | |

 | Re: Sp1 fork oil ??'s ohlins 10wt. Drewpy have you done this before? I would recommend taking them apart and cleaning them. But if you do not have any experience in this I would have someone do it for you. |

| Re: Sp1 fork oil ??'s I bought mine in August 2007, 2004 model and it had 9,000kms on it (paid 8000 Euros). I havent checked the millage recently but I do change the oil every 5,000kms on all my bikes for Motul 100% Synthetic motor oil and so was curious about the fork oil. So from 10,000 to a years worth of riding is a good time? Cheers. I will change my fork oil in August  Thanks sorry for the thread jack *blush* |
