engine troubles...

Did a spring cleaning on the bike and engine. After putting things back (together correctly I assumed) I can't get the bike to roll over?? plugs out in gear and the motor spins when rear cylinder is on the down stroke and intakes open till intakes closed and up stroke then locks. Spins freely back to the starting point and locks again. Had the airbox off for pair valve removal and flapper mod also installed full Yosh system. I am spinning the engine over from the crank. Any ideas??

Re: engine troubles...

I can see the intake valves through the throttle bodies. The rear set open fully but the front only get to start to open before lock up. So there can't be any hydrolic lock since they do open a bit. I tried different ways to check to see if there was anything trapped in the front cylinder (blowing air, magnet, mechanically scrapping as best as I could). The lock comes at the same spot everytime so it makes you wonder if it is something else. Scratching my head all day yesterday and today. Don't really feel like doing a complete tear down!
