Front airbox screw

NE1 got some other tricks for breaking the front airbox screw loose? I'm trying to do the PAIR removal and I don't wanna strip the head out, but DAMN it's in there pretty good.
Tried penetrating oil but no luck yet. Think spraying it with canned air to chill it would work?

Re: Front airbox screw

I've run into the same thing before. I usually can get it out by pushing the screwdriver into the head as hard as I can while applying a torque at the same time. Don't turn the screwdriver enough that you strip the head out, but hold it and sometimes it will loosen up after about 5 to 30 seconds.

If that doesn't work, you could try an impact screwdriver. Those have worked great for me on stubborn float bowl screws.

The chilled air sounds good too. Good luck!
