Need some advice, I just installed a PC 3, yosh slips and flush mount front signals on my 04 51, now i have no dash lights, no tach and no speedo...any advice?

I found the problem..burnt fuse, I replaced the fuse but it blows within a sec of turning on the key, The factory signals have 3 wires...left side 2 orange coming out of one connector and one green out of another connector, the right side is the same, 2 blue out of one connector and a green out of another, the flush mounts only have 2 wires, a black with a white strip and another black, any ideas how to connect this? I'm not up on electrical so any help would be appricated.
