Salutations, this looks like the best forum I've seen in a while. You guys all seem to be super knowledgeable about your RC's. I just bought one about a month ago, I love it! Yesterday some woman who works in my building backed straight up without looking and knocked and half ran over my (parked) bike and trashed a bunch of the left side. (My mirror is sitting on my desk next to me right now) Like they say, you can drive a peice of junk for 20 years and no one will touch it, get something nice, and someone will ruin it in 5 minutes. Any suggestions other than ronayers.com or ebay for parts, I've heard that ronayers is pretty much the best place to go. I love getting to know my bikes by working them, but man oh man it's depressing to see a 2000 that was MINT get trashed just because someone was too busy or lazy to look while backing up. On the bright side, at least someone wasn't standing there instead of my bike. After she sees the insurance payout maybe next time she'll pay a bit more attention. I'll post a pic or two of it before, and I'll post a few more after I finish my repairs and mods when I'm done.

Re: New member saying hey

Awesome guys, thanks! Meeting the Insurance adjuster in the morning, this should be fun. Apparently, I'm the 5th or 6th person this has happened to in my area in the last 2 weeks! Crazy, most people I know don't even try to work on their bikes, they just take them to the shop and pay to get them fixed. The mechanics around here must be loving life right about now...
