Fork Oil volume and weight.

I'm having my forks rebuilt and the guy I took them to is very reputable in the MX field, but hasn't had much experience with the inverted road forks. He's not sure how much oil to refill the forks with. Replacing with the same amount removed isn't an option as much has already leaked. Also what is the recommended weight? He suggested since I'm such a small build (165lbs) 5w would be suited for me but he's not sure what weight the valving is calibrated to. When I searched all I could find was what looks like 7.5 weight comes factory? This answer isn't very difinitive so I'd like to clear things up.

Forgot to add, this is an sp2.

Have you checked with Race Tech? Race Tech Inc. They have some online information that is very helpful and have been great to help riders at trackdays and at races. I would give them a call. They are in Corona California.
