I don't have a passenger seat. I've also got high-mounts so the pegs are in a box somewhere. I was tempted to get a seat, but after my wife looked at how big the spot is for the seat, and the pictures of the seats on ebay or whatever, she just laughed and said there was no way she'd ever ride on the back.

Actually I think you are lucky then. I wish my wife liked to ride, but on her own bike. I hate riding 2 up. The whole "STOP SITTING UP WHEN WE GO AROUND A CORNER" thing can make for...umm....bad relations?
