top bridge damage

Hello friends,

I am trying to put back my bike together after a freeway accident back in October. One of the areas that I am working at this moment is the front suspension. I think that I might need to readjust the FORK TOP Bridge and handle bars. I am including some images that show the damage.
I am thinking in taking it to the shop but the budget my current budget is in the low.
Any input is very much appreciated!
Please advice,
George

I would say you definitely need a new upper triple (its definitely bent). You can probably find one off of e-bay for a good price.

If you take the bolt off and it is bent and the clamp returns to flush then just replace the bolt.

Re: top bridge damage

Thanks for your input gents!

I will take off the bolts out off. I am hopping that it could be an easy fix.

If not, I will have to keep my eyes open for one.

Thanks again,

George
