Interesting. How much and other than moving the weight low what are the advantages?

Great. When can I get one? Also will there be choice of calipers? I quite fancy the high performance Brembo's just for looks.

It's less weight, opposed pistons instead of a single piston, its billet so it's 1.8 xs stronger, it's easier to see how much pad you have left and it's easier to change the tires with this setup.

Re: RC51 underhung brake kits

His store says $350!

What is the benefit of having an undehang rear caliper?
If I was to want to modify my rear brake, which I think works great as it is, I would seek a solution to have a control rod mounted to the frame somewhere that takes all loads off the swingarm and transfers braking power to the frame. It is next to impossible to do it on the top side because of the swingarm shape so it would have to be done on the bottom.

Also look at most of the companies that use this setup it either mounts the same way or the rod mounts to the bottom of the swing arm too. Even the HRC underhung kit mounts exactly like my kit.
I have also decided to make 5 more SP1 kits as people have been asking for them too.
I own a full service motorcycle repair shop and machine a lot of parts and after riding and working on bikes for 23+ years I have learned a few things.
