| Re: RC51 Nicky Hayden and Friends I posted it at a couple more other RC forums and people loved it and never seen it before, as it is not referenced as RC51 related.
That guy Matt LeBlanc also rides a fast twin! |

That guy Matt LeBlanc also rides a fast twin! | It loaded for me and it was a good video. I was nice to the Nicky on the RC51. I posted this in the aprilia forum becuase of the twin factor and Matt LeBlanc has the first 2004 Aprilia Nera (pictured above). I do think it is crap thatr Aprilia gave that bike to him.... I mean really..couldnt he afford the 40 grand for thae bike???
anyway, that is a great video find, any more clips with the RC51 in action (maybe Edwards in WSBK)??? |

Aprilia giving Matt LeBlanc the bike was purely an advertising ploy I'm sure! |

I think Jordan would have done more to promote the bike and Aprilia name. He is involved in AMA Superbike racing with his own team and not a douche bag from Friends.
it makes me sad to think an actor on Friends will do more for motorcycling than The Most Recognized Athlete on the Earth!!!! |

| Re: RC51 Nicky Hayden and Friends What's wrong with Joey? Why are you guys being so negative about it?
He has been riding since little and you can see him ride well, he didn't just seat on the bike for a picture show!
I'm willing to bet that more people would recognize Matt on any street on earth, and have spent quadruple hours watching him, than AirJordan. I have nothing against him either, I have no clue whether he rides or not, but that is not a pre-requisite for buying a team anywhere when you have billions of cash.
Where were the primadonnas of US basketball and baseball in 04 olympics for the world to recognize?
You shouldn't get sad about anyone doing anything for motorcycling and its public image. It can't hardly be any worse. |

| Re: RC51 Nicky Hayden and Friends I wasnt diss'in on Joey at all, just so you know. I think itis great that he is a bike enthusiast. And just for the record, Michael Jordan does ride and is a huge enthusiast. That is probably why he owns and operates the Jordan Suzuki Racing team in the AMA with Geoff May and Aaron Yates as his riders .
I am happy for any public celebrity who is a Sportbike enthusiast, because it gives me hope that the sport could someday get as popular here in the states as it is accross the pond.
KEEP ON KEEPING ON BRO! |
