| New member/owner/lover (but not rider) Bonjour all, Just wanted to pop in and say 'ullo, as I've just put a lovely 2001 RC between my legs - and will in all likelihood be irritating the heck out of you all with questions in the near future  hooo-rahActually I've put a decade or so and almost a hundred thousand kms to the pavement via two wheels, but this IS the first twin I've had in that time, so it's all new to me, in a manner of speaking. I spent a good half an hour on the phone with him, and I ordered some pretty standard stuff like my pair mod, soft rev limiter mod, and valve flapper mod from him. If you are looking to do some reading, rc51.org has alot of good info, tips, tricks, and mod instructions. However, some of the stuff on that site is getting pretty out of date (missing links). Good luck, you've definately come to a good forum! |
